OMG!! Completely loved our stay in the Bolton Bear House! We're so happy we got to spend time here this season. The dock slip is 1 minute drive down the road and its so convenient/quiet down there. The house was well-themed and the property manager Chris was very helpful.

Very cute home. Kids loved the oversized Bear lol. The game room was a great touch and the kids were in there for hours when it rained. I've stayed at many AirBnBs before, but this one was particularly charming. Can't wait to come back with our boat next year!

Huge property with a great backyard. Our dog loved it as she had plenty of space to run around and play. We loved the bear theme. Very cute. The smores with the kids in the backyard was a blast. The docks were 10 min walk down the private road, so kids could come & go as they pleased with ease.

Nice house only minutes away from the designated dock space. This house is the real deal and is exactly as advertised. Last time I came to LG I stayed in another home that had a "dock space" -- not true. You had to rent the spot (if available) from a public slip 5 minutes down the road. At the Bear House, the space is guaranteed and included. Will be back.

The home was decorated beautifully for Christmas! What a very lovely surprise! The home owners/managers were so kind and they helped us discover some great activities for the winter time. Will be back in the summer!

The fall here in ADKs is wonderful This house and the owners were quite lovely. The yard is nice and big which was great for our dog. My kids loved the converted garage game room. Wonder accommodations overall.

I don't typically write reviews but I had to make an exception. This will be our newest family tradition. Can't wait to come back year after year! We loved the bear house!

The bear house is super cute. We came with two large families and all the kids could have a massive sleepover in the "party" basement away from the adults lol. We all had a blast.
